Friends, I apologise for getting this message out to you late this week, I usually aim to publish it on Sundays, but I decided to wait until the UK government announcement. The writing has been on the wall about a third UK wide lockdown for the last few weeks, and Boris announced a third lockdown yesterday. What are we going to do with being at home a lot more, again.
We could exercise outdoors, but it’s friggin’ freezing and January through to March will probably stay around zero degrees centigrade outdoors. Hmmm… let me think. Perhaps I have an idea. Have you tried exercising to Pungra videos? They’re por phree, available on YouTube - which you access on your TV (or other largest screen in your home).
In the news this week
I believe I contracted Covid19 in March ‘19, and have experienced fatigue consistently, even to today. Doing just a little bit of exercise every day has helped my fatigue reduce.

Find a buddy? Or find a few buddies, we’re all buddies in the Exercise Together sessions.

Our Exercise Together sessions this week are are:
Mondays to Friday 7AM and 1PM
Saturdays and Sundays 9:30AM
Times are UK and each session is approximately 20 minutes. If you’re interested in attending, message me through these means and I’ll help get you set up.

Perhaps these times don’t suit you? You’re in a different time zone? Or otherwise, you want to lead your own events with your family, friends or colleagues.
I’m here to help you attract people to exercise or discuss sessions that you lead. If you’re going to exercise with Pungra videos anyway, why not open up a Messenger Rooms video call and invite others to be connected with you?
A good way forward is to join one, or few, existing Exercise Together sessions. You’ll see how straightforward it is. The next stage is to provide the following to me every Saturday evening:

Tell your family, friends and colleagues
Who else do you think would be interested? Do they like Punjabi music? Do you have a TV in their living room? Are they at home a lot? (aren’t most of us these days?).
Remember it takes people time to adjust their schedules to incorporate exercise into their week. Start warming them up to the idea right away, share this email and encourage them to receive my free emails.
